This Rolex Day-Date is executed in 18k yellow gold and fitted with the iconic President bracelet, distinguished by its semi-circular three-link design developed specifically for the Day-Date model. The watch features a fluted gold bezel, diamond-set lugs, and a silver Jubilee dial with applied diamond hour markers. The day aperture at 12 o’clock displays the day of the week in full, while the date appears at 3 o’clock beneath Rolex’s signature Cyclops magnifying lens.
Introduced in 1956, the Day-Date was the first wristwatch to display both the day and date in separate windows and quickly became a symbol of prestige and achievement.
