Two matching pairs of late-eighteenth-century Louis XVI arm chairs with original, rich red and white silk upholstery. Both pair feature low-relief carvings of fluted columns, floral sprays, and a acanthus leaves. One set is barrel shaped, with stuffed and upholstered sides, the other features an open fretwork.
