A multi-figural statue of bronze figures on a rose-colored onyx plinth. Made in France, the work is heavily influenced by the work of Paul Manship (American, 1885 — 1986) who created several works juxtaposing sculpted groups and multiple media. This work depicts Artemis — Greek Goddess of the hunt, the moon, and childbirth —hunting a herd of deer.
