19th Century French 14-Karat Yellow Gold Lapel Watch

Ladies' 14-karat yellow gold lapel watch. The watch contains a 7-jewel Beaumont movement associated with a white ceramic dial with roman numerals, set in a 31 mm round, open-face case #50807. The watch case shows a solid dust cover with an open filigree fleur-de-lis design back cover and has a bright polish. The watch is associated with a 14 karat yellow gold lapel pin of French Second Empire design, measuring 70.0 x 35.0 mm and is composed of hinged panels of open floral filigree fleur-de-lis design with hand-engraved bright-cut details and a bright polish finish. The pin shows a hinged-bar back with a fine chain safety with pin clasp.

The original box bearing the name of Beaumont et Cie. of Lyon, one of the grand jewelers of 19th century France, is included.
