A Pair of Bergere Chairs with Angled Oak Silhouette


A pair of twentieth century French bergère chairs with a wide, deep seat and an oak and quarter oak frame that has angled, squared off shoulders, which is replicated in the arm rests above recessed side panels. The chairs are upholstered in heather grey fabric and detailed with brass upholstery nails, and raised on splayed back legs and turned and carved front legs. Measures: 31 ¼ x 25 ½ x 27 x 12 (seat height).
