A figurative patinated bronze floor lamp perhaps depicting a representation of Lady Liberty supported on a round base. A six-star crown rests on her head while one hand draws back her robes as to not interfere with her sense of determined motion, and the other holds a torch raised above her head, its handle fluted and carved and supported an etched crystal flamed-shaped shade. The base is signed with the maker's mark "Fonderies de Tusey", and the name "L. Casne".
